BENEFITS
The following are examples of benefits that are offered to full-time eligible employees. Certain benefits are pro-rated and are based on job title and/or positioned hours.
Employee benefits include:
- Individual or Family Health Insurance plans (including vision) with generous employer contribution–three options to choose from
- Individual or Family Dental Insurance plan with fixed weekly employer contribution
- 10 vacation days annually, with 15 vacation days after 5 years of employment, 20 days after 7 years of employment, 25 days at 10 years of employment and 30 days over 15 years of employment
- Wage scale increases
- Sick/Personal – 48 hours maximum per benefit year for Full-Time employees
- Sick/Personal – 40 hours maximum per benefit year for Part-Time employees
- 12 recognized Holidays annually: double time pay for working Holiday in residential supports
- One-fifth of weekly pay for up to 7 Holidays each year: Juneteenth, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years in residential supports
- Mileage reimbursement
In addition, employees are eligible to participate in the following plans at their own personal expense, without employer matching or contribution:
